Default Cpi can and clearance

So I bought a used cpi can just to save some weight, and i got it in the sled today and i realised that it actually makes contact with the chain case cover, I can twist it away from the chain case a bit but I'm guessing that when i go riding it will just twist back and I'm kind of worried that it will melt the cover
Anybody had this issue?
And that bracket that's on there, what is it supposed to go to? it points straight to the brake disc. And are you supposed to have another exhaust spring in that loop that's on the bottom? where should that spring go if so?

Thanks/Fredrik

yeah its loud alright
But where we are riding we can ride for a week straight and not see another sled so the chances of pissing someone off is greatly reduced
