Talking XP- QRS installation & Maintenance video

Video done in parts (to fit in Youtube) about preventative maintenance on Skidoo TRA-7 & QRS secondary.
Notice that this is not scripted nor professional - I just wing-it in these videos, slurping a beer between takes to loosen up and actually be able to talk.
I don't go for the scripted stuff. This is me in the garage working on the clutches just like you....real life.

Good vids, Joe! I like the part on this first one where you bend the hell outta the aluminum guard between the footwell and the clutch area! LOL

I actually use the old school TRA holder still. Just hooked on the boss beside a clicker bolt and over the outside of the clutch. Counterclockwise, I brace it against the belt adjuster on the secondary, clockwise on the footwell tube.

Where were you last week with vid?! Just got done doing this all.

I'm just curious. When putting the primary back on you said, "make sure the piston is at top dead center". I was told by others this didn't matter. Also, which piston?

That was funny!

a little trick

I know I'm a cat guy but it works on all sleds, instead of mangling the foot wells tighten the puller to about 80lbs then tap (and i mean tap) the end of the puller with a brass hammer. magic will happen!

for skidoo you can use a sledge if you want but still TAP it

that was still funny!!!
