Default 2002 SXr 700 jetting spec's

I don't have any clue with the Yamaha stuff, and I am helping a friend with an issue. He fouls plugs on his '02 700 SX-r, Tripple with single pipe, in apx 60 miles. Does anyone know what the factory specs were for this sled for low elevation??? He bought it used an I think the previous owner had pipes and jetted for that.

Here is the Jetting Specs for a 2000 I believe. They are different than my 98.
Noticed the note about main jets and oxygenated fuels on the bottom. I've been running 92oct w/o Ethonal, harder to find but worth it in piece of mind.
