Default Anti stab kit

For a anti stab kit you can contact Steve Sampson on the forum.

The y pipe you can probably take a look at ebay.

the y-pipe is from a ski-doo 800 rev chassis. I used one off a XP but I had to cut the flanges and change the angle a little. The REV works perfect.

800HO Y-Pipe you're probably gonna have to call a sled wrecker. 800R Y-Pipe won't work, i've tried it.

I have been checking the wreckers but I don't know anything about sleds.
I need to know what I would be looking for like model and year of sled.
Thanks again

When you call the wrecker, just ask for an '03 to '07 Rev 800HO Y-Pipe.

Or you can phone Ted at Terra Alps in Kelowna BC, he's got a custom hi-flow 800HO Y-Pipe in his line of products, looks pretty saweet. You can run it with a stock porting but it allows you to open up the exhaust port LOTS if you're into that kinda stuff.

Good luck !

So do I need to take a pic to prove you wrong, LOL. Any thing can work with the right help. I have a 800R y pipe on my hawk, But like I said, I had to change the angle of the flanges.

You're right Jay !

Sorry I should've said 800R Y-Pipe will work with a little bit of cutting and welding !

So would two 1/4" flanges and two pieces of 2.125" OD x .0625" wall Tubing properly bent, cut and fitted into a single 2-9/16" OD tubing welded with that fitting that fits the asbestos donut in there ! Couple hours of pure fun right there !

I'd definately want to see yours, yes !
I've tried modifying one last year for Rude and it didn't turn out good... Didn't have a machine to work with as a jig or anything... Couldn't use my machine because the engine if offsetted compared to a Stock machine.

What I didn't like about the 800R Y-Pipe, and I'd like to know what you think of it, is these 4 recesses to access the flange bolts on each side of the Y-pipe. It seem to me like they have to be restricting the flow. I'm not too worried about flow along the rest of the exhaust but right there, right at the exit of the cylinder, I am concerned. Let's face it, our Y-Pipe is the extension of our exhaust porting, right ? If you were to port en engine, would you leave such big "imperfections" in the surface of the walls ?

I used the R y pipe cause it was a FREEBEEE , and I like those, LOL. I'll give up the maybe 1 or 2 ponys for the access to the flange bolts. I'll take a pic this weekend while we are working on sleds.
