Cool sled. I've got a buddy that rides a 97' and he shows us up all the time. 30 years at it though.

I still ride my old reliable '97 M-Max. I want a new one but have a hard time justifing the cost. When mine is paid for and could not get much out of it IF i even though I wanted to sale it. (shivers down my spine even thinking about it) I can run with most any 700 and allot of 800's. My wife bought it for me in '98. I know it better then I know my own kids. (I have had it longer)

I had a 94 that I still think was the biggest tank ridin' heavy gettin stuck pig I've ever owned, I was never so glad to get rid of a possession in my life (it ranked right up there with the EX wife).

rascal- same here, i whoop up on RMK 700's and 800's all day long love my sled..and these things run for ever and get awesoem gas mileage.

sturgis- these sleds aren't the best out there out of the box..but i dunno, i've never had someone call my sled a "pig" or anything liek that after getting off my Mountain Max.

but i'm sure that 90's summit in your avatar will just whoop up on my sled lmao

Dont have it anymore but wish I still had my 02. Its was one sweet sled! Bender Pipes, Peak head, ported cylinders, bored carbs, V-force reeds, Boondockers NOS, Lexan hood, MPI trailing arms, aluminum radius rods, Ohlins Clicker Shocks, Simmons skis, Fab Craft style tunnle, Billet 151 rails. That was one fun light weight sled. My last 2-Stroke

The real sad part is I seen a picture of this sled about 2 years ago when it was for sale. All the good stuff was Gone, stock suspension, single pipe, NOS was gone, and it looked like crap! Eric

Heres the MSRX. Sure is a fun sled, and an absolutely bulletproof engine. I love the sound of a triple. Only thing i dont like is digging it out when the wife buries it.

I still own and ride 3, a 97 w/141, 00 w/159, and an 02 w/159 all 700's with pipes and reeds, all have over 5000 miles on them and haven't left me stranded yet, these things are bulletproof, I lose friends when I get stuck cause these things are heavy, my 9000 mile exciter still runs great as well, thank god it's only a back-up sled now

I know most of you have seen this sled on Snowest but here it is again. 2000 MM7 Aaen trips, lexan hood, MPI front end and rear suspension, Fabcraft bars, mpi tunnel ext , 151 camo, simmons flex skis, 4 in riser, lefty, boss seat and works shocks all the way around. Soon to have a nice shot of NOS! Only weighs about 460 so fairly light and nimble.

Are you talking about the old V-max 600's? Not a 700 Mt Max right?
