Thumbs up '00 MM600 setup info appreciated

My brother picked up a nice clean '00 MM600 this year (his first sled) and we'll be heading to Wyoming the first week of March- staying at Togwotee.

Looking for some setup tips beyond what the owner's manual gives you. Here is what is done so far:
* 2000 MMax 600 stock engine with lightweight can.
* MPI transfer kit (haven't pulled sway bar yet, but will soon)
* bar riser, skid plate, stock Yami skis.
* Camoplast 144x2 track
* Clutching & jetting all stock.

He's about 6'1" and around 190-200 lbs. with gear on.

8CR weights and rivet them to the same weight Yamaha wants in the stock weights. Springs and helix the same as stock. My old man had the same sled. I put a MBRP can on it and it ran great for what it is.
