I shouldn't say that before we know what their decision is... Sorry guys but in my case (and a lot of people I know too) the only thing these thieves did for me is sending me a crazy overinflated bill every year even if I have never had one single claim ever and never been involved in one single accident... one speeding ticket in the last 7 years in my file. You guys are lucky in the States, you've got competition, which I think is an absolute MUST !!!. In Quebec there is a bit too, I don't know about the rest of Canada but here in BC, you can only go through the government for both registration and insurance at the same time, it's the law (could also be said that way: govermnent is gonna rip you off for every single engine thang you own and want to put a plate on)

Result: my girlfriend has this piece of crap car ('88 Chevy Celebrity she named "Celine") she drives her 6 months a year, that piece of equipment worth just about nothing, let's say 500$ cauz that's what she paid for it year and a half ago... but the bare-bone insurance coverage on that thang for 6 months is 670$. 1340$ per year. That's for me as the 1st driver and owner and her as the 2nd driver (cause she's got into 2 fender benders herself before, you know how most girls are...). If she was to throw insurance on it with her as the 1st driver, it would just not make sense. It already doesn't make sense anyways... I guess we should just buy a more expensive car, then it would make more sense, f*** ! LOL !!!

"I guess that's what a guy/gal have to pay to get all that powder so close to home..." Says Thierry trying to swallow the pill... !!!

Sorry that was a little off-topic, but I feel better now !

Sigouin is buying my Hawk (,04 600)
He is driving 7 hours today to pick it up.
I will be sad to let it go, but I will buy another toy,
I sold it for 6 gs (Can) and it is one of the few
completely stock and almost new, the exhaust is still stock black.
You will enjoy this one, she rides great, but I never really mastered it.
not enough snow last winter.
I use to ride with Pred03, don't know if he will keep it now that he will be alone, if he does good for him, it's a blast.
Honestly ...I sold it because I think that riding the Hawk is too much work
for a litttle fun, after a couple of hours I was just burnt out.
Anyways... was good while it lasted... and the site was great...
keep it up guys the Hawk will gain popularity across N. America one day,
and when it does, you guys will be the experienced pro's ahead of everyone.
Keep your ski to the sky, and your right hand cranked.

Collin,

I'm sorry to hear you've sold your Hawk. Between the poor conditions and your accident you didn't get the chance to break through the learning curve. Mario really wants to come to Hawkfest this year, please consider going with him and renting a sled. You'll be comfortable on the sled and will be able to try anyone's hawk while out there. Getting to ride one in the wide open west may renew your confidence and spirit for the Hawk.

Mario,

DO NOT SELL YOUR HAWK just because you'd be the only person with one in your area. There is no reason not to ride a Hawk with your friends that have snowmobiles. I'm the only one around me with a Hawk and I will NEVER give up mine, wether I ride with other Hawks or not.

Sigoin,

Congrats on rebuilding your flock so quickly. Is this the second or third you've picked up since the fire? You've obviously got the passion!

Long live the Hawk!!!
