Here are some pics of Amy's pink 503. We just got the hood back yesterday. We just need to get the belly pan cleaned up (get the black off the blue) and then we are done. Not sure about a new belly pan, as black is not an option for the 503. Does anyone use a 600 belly pan on their 503...and if so..how does it work?

built shaft and moved idlers too newer position (off of upper shock mount shaft)
gas rack, 2 gallon x gas
funnest machine I have ever ridden in my LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice setup for cutting your track Roo,I like it.I want to know if you feel the difference between the stock 136 and a full paddle 2 1/4.

challenger is a 2", and rips!!! really helps side hilling and carving big sweepers!
a lot harder too slide out when cornering really hard in deeper stuff. don't really know about the ice, we really don't see any here.

only thing (which is very important) that the pic doesn't show of the track cutting setup is a piece of 1.25" flat bar that was on the inside of the track on each side. goes over the cleat holes, the length of the section to be cut, with holes drilled where the 2x 3's are. that way you can run wood screws through the flat bar into the 2x3. pinches the track and holds really tight.

The only reason I did this was because I couldn't get the track too turn inside out!!!!!! worked pretty good and was able to do it by myself.
