I gave up on my set up. No matter how tight the rails were on the tank , there were times where the gas cans popped off .
The skidoo cas can set up from the revs work better IMHO .

I heard they were having an issue with certain colors of cans? Maybe the black I can't remember. They were getting hot and kinda of puffing up and popping them off?

But that was a few years back. I ran a blue and green can no issues. They were a bit tight when getting on and off but other then that.

Mine were black and it was caused by heat expansion in the tank. Prior to that, and with the other tank (that was empty when the other one was 1/2 full during storage) had no problems at all and really liked them. Would likely buy another set. But for now, im sledless.

I love mine - the bag helps insulate and keeps my drinks from freezing and camera batteries warm.

update to the thread. brought my rails and can into the snow show. i spoke with the MTN Addiction people, very helpful folks. they confirmed my can came off my rails and their rails way to easily. they warrantied out my can with no questions asked. i swapped to a red can for my piece of mind. they also told me to use pledge on the rails, should help. so i will definitely be doing so. great customer service!
