Absolutly. 8 XP's in our riding group and I don't recall a single belt blown since 2008.... all aggressive riders that ride harder than most.
Keep snow/water out, keep the clutches clean and in good condition, proper setup (typically NOT stock) that runs on clicker 3-4 and ....ride! Doesn't mean a guy will never lose a belt, as they do wear/fatigue over time so they should be replaced before they blow....like every 1000-1500 miles and kept as a spare.
