I know it's been awhile but I found the problem. On the front of the carbs (the "covers" that you have to take off to clean the slides) the rubber gasket got pinched just a little bit barely even noticeable and it was sucking air through it.

One way to find air leaks is to get a can of ether. Spray it "CAREFULLY" around the seals of the crank and intakes. If the RPM's climb, you found your leak.
