Question 02' summit 800 w/crank shop twins...tuning?

I purchased a set of Crank shop twin pipes with side exit baffles a couple months ago for my 800 at a smoking deal on ebay. Mainly because my stock was rusting out and replacements where more than these pipes.

Install was a breeze and the pipes sound amazing...but loud.
I was only able to do some bench revs at 5600ft in 60 degree weather and the sled did seem to be running fat but sounded clean and strong.
So the other day we got some snow and i took the sled for a ride down the snow packed road to check performance. Now, i live at 7800ft and temps where in the 20's. the clutch was engaging around 3k and peak rpm seemed around 7-7200. from idle the motor would load up if i burped the throttle then clear and run fine up to 7k.

So i got on the horn to cranks shop and received some setup specs for their trail pipes and race pipes, they had zero high altitude tuning specs so this is what i got.

For trail pipes:
200/350 spring
19.5 gr Pin
50* helix
set pre-load to 24lbs
run 297 ramps

for race pipes:
Red red spring
21.4 gr pin
50.44 multi angle or straight 50 helix
301 or 280 ramps

Im lost when it comes to clutching,
Can anyone help me with these setups and maybe give me some tips for high altitude? Also if anyone has these parts that will fit my sled, i would love to try to work something out to get me running right.
Please any help is very useful!

-Thank you

You are dealing with one of a kind. Most people wouldn't run that type of pipe.

Plus no base line from the manufacturer of the pipes.

What did you do for jetting?

It is for what it was designed for, but if you had changed to 48mm carbs it wouldnt help either. Sounds like you need to learn clutching or take it to someone that knows how to clutch it.

crank shop pipes suck, sorry to say , but you have to reclutch to 8100 -8300 to get them to run right,Id change the pilot jets to 20 get rid of the 17.5 , jetting is a tuff one on that engine, Id start 520 mains if your any good at wrenching and want to make it run right theres a piston mod that can be done to it and with pipes could be jetted to the 480 range, twins are alittle touchy to dial in, secondary needs to be set at c-6
