Put on an AWESOME 7 hr ride in the rubies... ROCKNESTER slayed the chute at "Godspocket" and put on another "wicked" climb in Box. Got some decent footage, The Rubies claimed ANOTHER a-arm on a "Cali" sled, I got the idea to build a steel bumper for my sled (those things WORK!) and got to try out the Polaris IQ(?) (geez, you "sneeze" on those things and they'll lay over!) Pics to come...

ROCKNESTER (and family and friends) in the Rubies:

Headin up one of the lower Dollar chutes... I turned out and Rocknester didnt see the hole (or follow me)

ROCKNESTER's climb (red) and Isaac's attempt to follow (blue)

The "drop" off to get home, ROCKNESTERS mom screamed all the way down!

Had to work out the trail a little...

Think it wasa WELL WORTH the trip!

MAYBE NEXT TIME THEY CAN FIND A "GUIDE" WHO CAN ACTUALLY RIDE!

HEY POWDERCREW,

THANKS FOR TAKING TIME TO SHOW US AROUND. WE ALL HAD A GREAT TIME. IT WAS THE BEST SNOW WE ENCOUNTERED DURING OUR ENTIRE TRIP. LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU ARE IN OUR NECK OF THE WOODS SO WE CAN RETURN THE FAVOR!

But, I DID get my lil' 4yr old daughter out on her new sled for the VERY FIRST TIME!!! Think shes gonna love it as much as daddy!

Interesting recovery pics.
Also nice to see kids and parents on sleds.

BTW, I spent one nite in Elko back in October (the Gold Country Inn/Casino) on my drive from MN to Placerville,CA to visit my son and family.
