Thats an incredible pic, You can keep that fire out there, but I feel bad for people with property in its path.

I understand the fire is west of Ft.Collins.
Years ago I lived in Greeley and worked on repeaters and remote base stations on Horsetooth mtn, and Buckhorn mtn, in that same area.

Yesterday noon I dumped 0.6" out of the gauge. I just looked now and there is 3.75" in the gauge, that makes 4.35" in the last 24 hrs.
Colorado can have the rest of the rain, they need it.
The "State bird" (mosquito) loves this.

Water everywhere. My house and yard are on a bank about 20 ft. higher than the lake. Thank goodness for that.

My parents had 3" from Sunday I think they said just north of McGregor. This is getting ridiculous. We could use a day of soaking rain down here in the SE!!!

Big Sandy lake was 18' at the dam on Friday, it had been flowing backwards earlier and I'm sure it will be again soon with this rain.

I am about 18 miles south of Breezy Pt. , North long Lake, Merrifield bay. Breezy is on Pelican lake, but there are 350+ lakes in this county.

X, sounds like Aitkin county got pounded, rain and wind.
Duluth is shut down, with mud slides and floods.
I'll bet hwy 210 through the Aitkin county bogs is nearly under water.
