The BCR forum ride is in revy this year on the 21st of Feb, should be a good time. wish I could go, but that's too much driving for me.

Peaks Lodge is pretty good. Stayed there last year for the Polaris demo days.
You can ride from their parking lot up the mountain. You have to book one of the two hot tubs they have for $10 a night. The price is good at $69/night but then you have to add the usual hotel tax and gst. They have a restaurant and bar downstairs as well.

Has anyone told you that B.C. (British Columbia) also means Bring Cash! It is supposed to be a joke, but is actually true. Good on you for going anyway, should be on everyone's once in a life time trip. Enjoy your trip out and be carefull driving... the roads can get pretty hairy at times, depending on the weather.

I have heard lots of bad stuff about glacier house.
I stayed there once. It was fine ,,but I have heard some bad experiences to. From glacier house. Frisby ridge is a stones throw away and boulder is just down the road to.
You can wake up to tits deep fresh pow sometimes

And one other thing it can be very foggy sometimes to and snowing so hard you can't see chit
And if the hi way closes for avalanche control you can't get in or out of town
You should think about riding Sicamoose to. Very nice as well
