Default 2013 XM skid in 2009 XP

I plan to buy a complete XM skid for my 2009. I am extending it to 163 from 154" and decided I might as well just get the whole skid with t-motion and updated rails, etc.. Has anyone transplanted the skid from an XM? Will I have to re-drill the mounting holes or anything or is it bolt in? Thanks!

I'm fairly certain it is just a bolt in, but I would double check the forward mounting hole location by measuring a XM....tunnels/rear mount braacket are the same.

Thanks! I was thinking of doing that as well. Appreciate the feedback.
