800 carbed,
pilots 40
needle in middle clip
mains 420 for 5000'+

the white screw on the side of carbs is a fuel screw, turn it in all the way, then to start turn it out 1.5 turns. If the sled has a hesitation just as you hammer the throttle, then turn it out another half turn. shouldn't have to go out past 2.5 turns. this works with the pilot circuit. no throttle to 1/4 throttle.
If still persists, check pilot jets might be dirty (plugged) you will notice dirt in float bowl when removing it.

the extra lines coming off the reed boots are probably off the oil injection, just boots are flipped over, its probably premix, right? keep them plugged off.

Drop one pilot jet size, turn both air screws (white knobs) all the way in and then turn them 1.75 turns out. It helps if ya mark the top of the knob with a sharpie so you can keep track of how many turns out you are. The pilot jet is good for idle to 1/4 throttle. By the way in my Doo 440/800 I run 20 pilot, stock needle on the middle clip, 390 mains at Whittier and it pulls, I am guessing that's were your riding. For those who don't know in April or May Whittier has snow over the top of the stop signs at sea level.
