update on the house

all the LAN, Phone, and Coax connections in the living space is pulled.

*all* of the shitty old phone wiring came out. Only a short bit of it between the demarc and biscuit jack on the frame in the attic. From there, it's Cat5e into the closet. Picked up a few dB SNR on the modem tonight.

I've been camping (with a camper) for 9 years now. I don't know how I made it through the first 8 without an ice maker haha! It was $80 well spent

Cool ND boys will appreciate this rare JD tractor "barn find"

Except it sat outdoors in a woods for over 20 years. Eccentric farmer put 14 hours (yes 14) on it and parked it. WTF.
Story here: Video by purchaser .

Got a garage fridge/freezer???
Use that ice maker all week and save ice in old bread bags and never pay for frozen water again Also at camp use a cake pan to make half size blocks in the regular fridge/freezer. Doesn't take much space but big ol hunk of ice to keep beers cold is good. Been running my ice maker all summer and yet to buy ice.

That's kind of what we did, just put it in zip lock bags and used it all week in our water for the day. Even after getting back we had two full bags after a week worth of camping. Crazy for such a small unit how fast it kicks ice out. I like the cake pan idea for the coolers.
