Default Hungry?????

Getting some chow ready for this weekends camptrip.
12lbs Boston Butt roasts
4lb Beef chuck roast... (not the best cut for smoking). Had it in the freezer so we tossed it in with the pork.
Seasoned with garlic salt, heavy fresh cracked pepper, Kosher salt, Famous Dave's rib rub, minced onion and garlic, and some crushed red pepper flake. Mesquite smoke.

Let the rub sit overnight with the seasonings. Next day toss em in the smoker for 9hrs @200*-225*f. Spray the meat every hr or so with some apple juice. The roast was great tasting but bit tough and not much meat there but oh well. The pork is AWESOME!!!!! Making sammiches to go with baked beans and slaw. Some Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce to top them off.

On a side note..... if you smoke in the garage like I do.... your rigs will smell GREAT for a week after!!!!!!! nom nom
