This is the first bad i have heard about them. when we were looking we contacted them a few times and never could get the same price or build date. never would return phone calls so we went another way. too bad tho i hope they make it right with you. if i remember correctly don't they have a 3 year warranty ? If so could be a long rocky road if you ever run into structural problems

Basically I have no warranty from them on anything but structural. So all the other **** is covered under the OEM warranty on the individual peices, which won't cover labor to replace.

In other words, I'm totally screwed on this thing if anything else goes wrong. Its already cost me about $1500 to have the genset / heater / transfer switch fixed, it'll probably go up to $2300 or so if I have to have them drop the tank out and replumb the pump.

Not much you can do but maybe call the BBb. But thanks for the heads up so the rest of u know who to stay the hell away from. That sucks to hear about the luck you had and they sound like they shouldn't be in the buisness

As much as it sucks (a lot more work on my end), this is why I do the work myself... i'll let someone else build the thing, but putting all the accessories in it.... I want it to work the way I expect it to, not the manufacturer's interpretation of it.

So if I were to put this trailer up for sale, slightly used (read it got a few dings this season but nothing major) for quite a bit less than I paid for it, would anyone be interested? Say .... $25,000?

Strong possibility I might get fired, need to be prepared. Title in hand, ready to sell.
