If I use BBQ sauce, then Sweet baby rays is good, I'll zip it up a bit with some hot sauce and tai chili sauce mixed in..but if you are really looking to cook one up, the check out www.thesmokering.com for anything BBQ....

I used to be a fan of Sweet Baby Ray's..........

That is until I found this stuff! It's the best BBQ sauce hands down!

And no high fructose corn syrup.

bushys got a great sauce recipe sauce up there. I made it up last year and slatherd it on some bnls chicken thigh meat. I did add a couple things. I took the bacon grease and mixed in about half a cup of molasses and minced up a habenero and let that all simmer before I mixed it all in.....delicious
