Default pan seared curry tilapia

Tried something new last night turned out very good
Pan seared curry tilapia a cheap fish
*seasoned the fish generously with salt, pepper, my favorite curry powder (i go by the smell if it smells good you will like the taste) and a light sprinkle of cayenne pepper firmly pressed the seasoning onto the fish
*put a couple tablespoons of olive oil and butter in a cast iron frying pan on high heat cook 1-2 minutes per side until fish pulls apart.

like all fish don't over cook
if you like curry you will like this
next time i will try to let them sit in the seasoning longer
