i have my engine appart sent crank to northern crank
sent my jugs WITH new oem pistonss
to millinium for replating,
looking for Explisid pix highly explanitory
pix& instruction on how to step
by step do the case mod to eliminate
the oiler by tha way this aint my first
rodeo, ALL rhe xlt & bombardier motors
iv done i removed oilers, BUT this newer
800ho is tha first of its kind. im not
famillar with this engine

bdx oil delete kit about 30 bucks take 5 minutes if the motors out.

use one oil injection line and jump from one intake boot to the next, remove the oil pump and the one line going to the center section. I add about 10 pumps of grease into the center section and then put the new bolt in to block the hole. I add grease to the block of plate in the kit and install it. done!

Maybe you can either attach the image or host the image at different photo hosting site and use the image link.

orderd that bdx delet kit, also orderd RAD53-2 reed cage set, 1.4 timing key hoe this build go's smooth

Since i gotta wait for crank & jugs to get back im "polishing" stuff, looks cool BUT when ya buff in car wax to seal it it kinda turns gun ship gray not bright crome, still looks cool.

scrub it with hot soapy water and let dry. spray with a product called "Super Clean" let sit for 1 min and rinse you can get it at your local auto supply and it will be nice and shinny again.
