Default whats a good start point for a top speed supension

looking for a good start for a radar run suspension. just trying to get down the track fast. am new to racing and I know lowering front and back will help with but I would like some help with it anything will be helpful. thanks

What class?

Stock you may be required to have 2 in of travel to pass tech.

We would chain the front suspension short, stiffen the front shock in the rear, shorten limit strap and soft on the rear most shock. Coupling blocks on skid? If so, flip them up or modify them for more transfer.
