Default Chassis choice

Howdy. If you were to put a cbr 1000 engine from a 06 Honda what kind of chassis would u put it in? What length track would u choose? I know it's a 4 cylinder with 240 horse the bike it's in weighs 400-450 lbs so I'm thinking I can get the sled to weigh bout the same. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Ummm.... Yamaha built that already, called a rx1 or an apex. There are allot of Apex motors in a variety of chassis.... Which is an r1 motor without a transmission attached to it..... And, also an 06 CBR 1000 only puts out 160hp.... Not 240....

Friend from B&M Fab did a modified tube chassis for a bike motor in a EX400 frame.

I would build a bike kit out of it, use the whole frame.

Plus I think it would be like 20$ cheaper to put it in a sled versus getting bike kit. Was thinking of just buying a complete sled minus engine and all the goodies that go to it and putting my engine in it
