This sled deck is in great condition and all aluminum so it is super light and strong.

For those who don't know about Upper Deck sled decks they are a turntable design that after unhooking two safety latches you slide the whole upper deck back. Really a slick design!

This deck was in a long box, not sure if it will fit in a short box as well?

The mounting base is 63" x 60"
Top Deck is 94.5" x 96.5"

Ramps aluminum construction with wood glides. Has aluminum grating in the middle for traction.

One ramp is 90" by 48"
Second ramp that snaps into first ramp is 48" x 48"

Asking $1750 OBO. Right now it is more of a storage unit than anything else and I am working to get it cleaned out and ready to go by late Sept. ready now.

Trailer in Arlington Granite Falls Washington area

__________________
05 Polaris IQR, Mtn Conversion 797, EZ Ryde http://backcountryrebels.com/classifieds/polaris/p584-05-polaris-iqr-2c-mtn-conversion-797-2c-ez-ryde.html Fri, 23 Sep 2011 08:29:48 -0500

by: Anger890

Description:
For sale is an 05 IQR RMK with the following work done, sled has under 200 miles on it since being completed:

Chassis/Tunnel:
VE 162 Boondock tunnel
162 x 15 x 2.5 Camo Extreme
7 tooth 3.0 Pitch Avid drivers
New bearings in chaincase, driveshaft, jackshaft
SLP lightweight rotor/garfal pads
09 Master Cylinder
New 21/40 gears with 74 pitch chain
SLP Straightline trackers (red)
All Black body work plastics/hood
Big tank 8.8 gal with MTN Addictions track rack which holds 2.6 gallons
Billet throttle block
600 RR oil tank (New)
Mod hood with PIAA lights
Some Ti bolts on chassis
RSI scratchers
gears clutch bag
2 spare belts
Carls Cycle Chassis vents
Hot handgrips, from the 09 Dragon 3x warmer than standard, RSI grips
RSI carbon wrapped race bars with Mtn bar and 7" FLY riser
Avenger III with 3 EGT's, watertemp, warning light, remote switch

Suspension:
08 EZ Ryde 162 skid with Exit shocks
Z-bro's Front end 40" A-arms and tie rods (New)
Exit shocks XO's 17" CTC triple rate springs (New)
Z-bro's spindles (Black)

Engine:Polaris 797 on 600 HO case, it is has not yet been installed or run
600 HO Case, bored to accept the 797 cyls
Trail porting on cylinders/case
Trail heads by Power Addiction, 12.5:1 for sea level, 13.6:1 above 5k
Crank is BRAND NEW
NEW Wiseco Pistons/rings
VF3 reeds
PERC Compatible CDI
38mm rack carbs, Bored to 42mm carb boots have been matched (have not been run since being bored)
Oil pump (New)

Exhaust:
Dynoport Big Volume Single pipe (New)
Dynoport can (medium Volume) (New)
Dynoport Y-pipe (New)

Clutching:
Team TSS-04 Secondary 64-44 .46 helix with Black/purple
P-85 Primary was Balanced By IndyDan when new (has 150 miles on it max)

Engine runs on Pump 91 at sea level with the 12.5 domes and above 5,000' will run on pump fuel with the 13.6 domes.

This sled has been a no expense spared build, tunnel and bulkhead were assembled by Winter (Shannon Reitan) on here. Sled was not shipped, I picked it up at Winter's shop in Bend OR and drove it back to MN. Well over 300 hours have gone into this build to give this sled the fit and finish of a stock sled with much more HP under the hood and a much more capable suspension front and rear. Balance is very good and the sled is very nimble with the 162. I do not have a dry weight at this time and am working on obtaining a ready to ride weight.

I orginally had the XCR triple installed in the sled, but removed it this fall to install the 797, I needed PERC reverse after shattering my colar bone last winter and losing some strength in my shoulder. After not riding the sleds all winter due to selling/buying a new house its time to trim the fleet. There are MANY new parts on this sled that have not seen the snow. I switched to a 40" front end from the 43" front end to make the sled more nimble in the trees. The shocks and A-arms are new and have never seen snow. The engine/exhaust is new, engine has high altitude domes installed and has been heat cylced 4 times, I have complete set up notes for the chassis/engine for just about anywhere.

Sled will also come with the stock Fox shocks for the EZ-Ryde and some spare parts.

If you have any questions, please ask, I am not going to take a low ball offer so please don't waste your time or mine.

Price is $11,000 or BO. Will consider serious offers and some trades. Interested trades would be a Polaris Ranger/RZR or 500HO wheeler, 136-144" IQ 600-700 CC sleds.

2005 M7 owner's manual and sled cover http://backcountryrebels.com/classifieds/wtb/p582-2005-m7-owner-27s-manual-and-sled-cover.html Wed, 21 Sep 2011 18:02:59 -0500

by: Northbend2004

Description:
Thanks!
van amberg tunnel http://backcountryrebels.com/classifieds/tunnel2f-fran2f-chassis/p581-van-amberg-tunnel.html Wed, 21 Sep 2011 12:33:09 -0500

by: 2001rmk700

Description:
hey guys,

i have a van amberg tunnel with bulk head and slp motor plate, i also have 2 hoods one vented the other is mesh.

my plan was to build a sled out of all these parts it is all based off the edge chassie

the only thing missing is the rear skid, track, skis and motor

just shoot me a pm if you want to see other pics or if you have any questions on it

thanks

i am open to all resanable offers
06 Honda CRF250X http://backcountryrebels.com/classifieds/offroad2f-motocross2f-cross-terrain/p580-06-honda-crf250x.html Fri, 16 Sep 2011 23:18:28 -0500

by: BIGRIGGER

Description:
CRF 250 X with barely legal dual sport kit.
